I like Kamikawa Daisetsu so much that I applied for the hanpukai!
This series is unified by the Yamahai and Junmai styles, and the rice is produced by each farmer.
This is the first installment, a sake made with Ginpu!
We start with a cold sake.
The aroma is mild, and the taste is crisp, with a soft acidity from the mild sweetness of the rice.
When I warmed it up lukewarm, the sweetness and sharpness increased, and it became even more delicious!
It is beautifully crafted and the acidity from the Yamahai is delicious😊.
