It has a strong sweetness, a slight sourness, and a pleasant bitterness. This is delicious. The aroma is fruity. It is a dangerous sake that is easy to drink despite its 16% alcohol content. It tastes better when well chilled. It goes well with yudofu (boiled tofu) and sashimi of tuna.
Is it similar to Shinshu Kamerei?
Especially, it is my favorite sake.
