There was a sizzling sound when the bottle was opened. The top aroma is like strawberry cheesecake. When you drink it, it tastes like fresh strawberry juice, and the cloudiness rushes over your tongue like mashed strawberries. It tastes like strawberry jam. I thought it tasted like strawberry milk, but it is not. It tastes like strawberry juice and strawberry jam. It has a sweetness, but it is moderate, and it tastes as if strawberries were mashed as they are and made into a sour jam juice. Delicious. I didn't notice much of an overtone. It was delicious when drunk on its own. It would be good as a dessert sake.
