The initial aroma is like amazake (sweet sake). When you drink it, the sweet and spicy flavors slowly become sharp with a pleasant bitterness. This is delicious. It has an image of being rather sweet, but the slightly dry taste, slight sourness, and just the right amount of bitterness come at the same time, making it easy to drink without getting tired of drinking it. It has a good balance and the alcohol content of 17 degrees is dangerous. The aroma is that of pure rice. I drank it stirred from the beginning, and it was very tasty. I prefer the hi-ire version of this sake to the raw version, which has a stronger sweetness than the raw version of the "gori-zake" (raw sake). It is good both on its own and with food. It went well with fried chicken wings and homemade french fries seasoned with salt and pepper. It goes very well with strong flavored or greasy snacks. Similar to something from Gokotsuru?
Especially my favorite!
