A sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture that has been in business since Kaei 2. The shopkeeper told us that the nigori (nigori) sake here contains a lot of muddy parts! The shopkeeper told me that the nigori sake here contains a lot of muddy parts, so I bought it without hesitation. Nigori sake is a honjozo sake with an alcohol content of 15% and a rice polishing ratio of 70%. It makes you feel like a yogurt and gradually intoxicates you. Before you know it, you are drinking it. This is easy to drink and kiken! It is. The restaurant is small, and the one-on-one service is good. The waitress was easy to talk to. The more you drink, the more you can feel the taste. Nigori sake is good! I like nigorizake.

Junmai-shu made with Yamahai brewing method. Awarded Champion Sake of the Year at IWC 2007. What is it when you take a sip? A sweet feeling spreads in the mouth. It also spreads to the back of the nose. And then it hits you. When you put it in your mouth, The feeling of swelling in the mouth is increasing day by day. Maturity. I think I'm beginning to understand how it feels! I'm getting the feeling. The rice is Yamada-Nishiki. Polishing ratio is 65%. The alcohol content is 16%. To be honest, the alcohol content is more than 16 degrees, but it is a bit more than that, and you can feel a strong sensation. The design looks like a magic battle.

Hiwanda. First time for me. When I took a sip, I got the impression that it was refreshing and slightly dry. It is a little dry and refreshing. There is almost no fruitiness. The aroma is pleasant. Compared to other sake, it is a little heavier. It is a bit heavy. After the second day, it has a slight sweetness and a calmness. The rice is polished to 60% Omachi, but it seems to be more polished. The sweetness increases after the third day. As the days go by, it becomes easier to drink. For me, this is the first time to drink Omachi as well. It was delicious.

Yamada-Nishiki, 60% polished rice, 15% alcohol. The image is "light". Since the Kaiharu was reasonably strong, it becomes easy to drink at once. The aroma is also very subtle and pleasant. It's a little bit sweet, but not too much. If you say it's not enough, it may not be enough, but it fits perfectly. If you say it's not enough, it's not enough, but it fits perfectly.

It's a strong and robust sake, so I recommend heating it up. So I had it warmed up. So we had it warmed up. It's 17% alcohol. 17 degrees alcohol by volume. The rice polishing ratio of 90% means that even when it is warmed up, it still has a certain level of alcohol. And is it dry? The mouthfeel is refreshing. Yes, it is. It's the kind that gets you drunk. I think so. It was delicious.

Polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol is 15 degrees. Lighter than expected. It is lighter than sake with 14 degrees of alcohol. It is lighter than sake with 14% alcohol by volume. This lightness is similar to that of a similar sake from somewhere. I thought it might be similar to Sasaiichi from Yamanashi. I think it might be similar to Sasaichi from Yamanashi. It is easy to drink even after the second day. It really feels like water.

As the days go by, I feel more barrels. What a change! I'm like, "What's this change? This is a refreshing, slightly dry wine. Oh no. Oak. It is deep. It's so deep. Honjozo. Polishing ratio is 65%. Less than 16% alcohol by volume. This is the first keg sake in my life. It was nice to feel the wood.

The light nigori is the most fruity of the three. It also has a good aroma. Shiboritate nama sake is a bit dry and has a dry taste, and I feel it the strongest. I wonder what the temperature is. The arabashiri has a nice aroma and sweetness that goes down. Shiboritate is too strong and this one feels light.

The aroma is fruity, or whatever. At any rate, it is good. It's a pure sake, but the ratio is 60%. When I drank it, I felt it was tangy and the taste was strong. There is not much fruity flavor. When I bought it, the shopkeeper said, "It's raw sake, so the alcohol is strong. So this is what they mean by "heavy because it's a pure sake"? I learn that it is. The rice is Niigata's Gohyakumangoku. Polishing ratio 60%. The water used is from the underground water that springs from Togura Castle Mountain. The alcohol content of this sake is 18%, so you can feel it well. Fermentation of yeast, fear not! and you will experience it. After a few days after opening the seal, the alcohol loosens up and you get a pleasantly melon-like feeling. You must be drunk, lol.

Junmai Ginjo limited to the brewery. Refreshing sweet aroma with a fruitiness. The sake is made with "high-quality water from the Sugadaira water system" and Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. The rice polishing ratio is 55%. While polished. It seems to retain a fruity sweetness. As time goes by after opening the sealed bottle the fruitiness remains, and it has a mellow feeling. I like it a lot. 4.2 stars

It would be nice if it had a little more I thought, "It's okay if it has a little more kick to it. I thought, "I don't mind a little bit more gusto. Junmai Daiginjo. And the ratio is a whopping 45%. The aroma is clear and slightly sweet. The rice is 100% Yumesansui produced in Yamanashi Prefecture. The water is proudly natural water from Fuji. It is a very easy-drinking sake. In a word, it is water. It has a fruity taste when you swallow it, but it does not hit you hard, and it goes down smoothly. The alcohol content is 16 degrees. 4.3☆☆4.3
