First time for me.
When I took a sip, I got the impression that it was refreshing and slightly dry. It is a little dry and refreshing. There is almost no fruitiness. The aroma is pleasant. Compared to other sake, it is a little heavier. It is a bit heavy.
After the second day, it has a slight sweetness and a calmness. The rice is polished to 60% Omachi, but it seems to be more polished. The sweetness increases after the third day. As the days go by, it becomes easier to drink.
For me, this is the first time to drink Omachi as well.
It was delicious.
