Refreshing sweet aroma with a fruitiness.
The sake is made with "high-quality water from the Sugadaira water system" and Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture.
The rice polishing ratio is 55%.
While polished.
It seems to retain a fruity sweetness.
As time goes by after opening the sealed bottle
the fruitiness remains, and it has a mellow feeling.
I like it a lot.
