Sake in Kyoto! Ice Breaker
You can enjoy it on the rocks while keeping the taste of Tamagawa.
Recommended for those who like old-fashioned sake as well as the new!
The label is also cute with penguins!
I had heard it was good, but I had never had it before.
It caught my eye at the liquor store I usually go to, so I bought it!
The aroma was very clear and not unpleasant, the taste was easy to drink, and I felt it would go well with all kinds of food.
So I enjoyed it after dinner with some iburigakko (pickled ginger) and sawan (a type of herring roe) that I happened to have at home.
Tomorrow, I will try it with a hearty meat dish.
To be honest, it is quite delicious!
I happened to go into an eel shop, and they had my favorite sake, "Hyakushoku", so I ordered it.
Before I knew it, I had an entire bottle!
If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say I like Kojo Nishiki better, but this one was delicious too!
Junmai Daiginjo 45 Shinsei Ottersai
It's been a while since I've had Ottersai.
I drank it a lot when it became popular, but I've been away from it for some reason recently.
I happened to find a bottle with the name "Shinsei" in a nearby liquor store, so I bought it.
Of course, the taste is as good as it should be, and I was able to enjoy the fruity flavor for a long time.
Special Honjozo session4
As a person who likes to play musical instruments, I can't miss this brand "Instrument Masamune".
It's been a long time since I drank Honjozo, but...
Honjozo is also delicious! It's a great sake!
The alcohol content is a low 13%, and the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is well-balanced and fragrant!
I'll be repeating this one...
I've been wanting to drink it, but haven't had a chance.
I found it at a local liquor store the other day!
It tasted even better than I imagined and I became a fan after the first sip.
The balance of aroma and flavor was totally to my liking!
Next time I'll try something other than Junmai Daiginjo.
Original sake from Kura-zushi, a famous conveyor-belt sushi restaurant.
Rice polishing ratio 60
We enjoyed it with sushi and tempura from Kura Sushi!
This sake has few peculiarities and is easy to match with food.
Sake from Itami
It is a gift.
Daiginjo Hiyashibori
It's been a long time since I drank a Daiginjo that wasn't Junmai, but it was easy to drink with a clean taste.
At the first sip, I thought it needed a little more of an aroma, but as I drank it, I thought it was just right!
Sake from Hyogo
Lightly muddled
This sake is unpasteurized and is still fermenting, so it is very refreshing and easy to drink.
It is easy to drink.
It is refreshing after sweating.
It was a good sake to drink lightly.
Doburoku Tokyo Station Sake Brewery
I found this at Hasegawa Sake Shop and bought it.
It was very easy to drink, just like juice. It's good for people who don't like sake.
