Sensuke Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake A brewery in Kobe, famous for Nada Gogo It was revived after being damaged by the Great Hanshin Earthquake! It was delicious with a clean sweet taste. As a local, I hope they continue to do their best.

Rairaku Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Yamadanishiki Raw Sake from Hyogo Prefecture, a local people Sake from Akashi, famous for octopus, egg rolls and sea bream. It is said to use something called flower yeast. It has a good aroma and can cover any kind of food as well as marine products. We happened to have two bottles, but we never got tired of drinking it. Next time, I will buy it myself.

Tenpui Junmai Ginjo It is rare sake in Kagoshima prefecture which is a shochu kingdom. It has a little peculiarity as a sake, and it tastes good with a bitter aftertaste. It is a new sake, so the taste might be changed in the next season.
