It was revived after being damaged by the Great Hanshin Earthquake!
It was delicious with a clean sweet taste.
As a local, I hope they continue to do their best.
Rairaku Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Yamadanishiki Raw
Sake from Hyogo Prefecture, a local people
Sake from Akashi, famous for octopus, egg rolls and sea bream.
It is said to use something called flower yeast.
It has a good aroma and can cover any kind of food as well as marine products.
We happened to have two bottles, but we never got tired of drinking it. Next time, I will buy it myself.
Tenpui Junmai Ginjo
It is rare sake in Kagoshima prefecture which is a shochu kingdom.
It has a little peculiarity as a sake, and it tastes good with a bitter aftertaste.
It is a new sake, so the taste might be changed in the next season.
Denshu Junmai Ginjo Kojo Nishiki Rice
It is my favorite brand. We had it on New Year's Day.
It is a sake that I can recommend to anyone with confidence.
