In April 2017, at the Tiger's Tail in Shibuya. I received a "limited edition" bottle. The brewer is Shirakiku Shuzo of Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture. The name "Triple A" comes from the first letter of three different types of rice grown in Okayama Prefecture: Asahi rice, Akebono rice, and Akihikari rice. February 2017, at the Tiger's Head in Shibuya, Tokyo. I only took a picture of the neck label. Or rather, I think it was a New Year's specification and there was no label in the first place. The brewer is Imanishi Seibei Shoten in Nara Prefecture. Nara is famous for deer, right? Imanishi Seibei Shoten HP https://www.harushika.com/fs/harushika/c/type03/1/3

In January 2017, at the Tora Shokubai in Shibuya, Tokyo. The product was "a joint development between students of Tohoku University of Art & Design and Higashinoroku Sake Brewery in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture." I love Yamagata's brand rice "Tsuyahime" and order it directly from farmers in Sagae City, so I chose this sake because it is made from this Tsuyahime. It was delicious even as a sake. In December 2016, I was with friends at Kushiyaki Gen Oyama North Exit Branch near Oyama Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, where I was on my way out. It was a very lively gathering, so I honestly don't remember much about it. The brewer is Okabe Gomei Company of Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture. They also have brands such as "Sukesan Tadasu-san" and "Kadaiyogan," so perhaps "Opinion Watch" is named after Mito Komon. We could not find a clear description of the details of the specifications. November 2016, at Tiger's Vigilance in Shibuya, Tokyo. The label looks like a tazuko, perhaps because it is labeled "Oni-Harsh". I learned the word "Meikyojosui" from the resignation press conference of the prime minister who resigned due to a scandal... (not related to sake). The brewery is Osawa Sake Brewery in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture. I am very attached to Saku City because it was the training camp of my college baseball team every year. Basically, I love dry sake, so I think this one tasted good, too. Osawa Sake Brewing Company HP http://osawa-sake.jp/

In November 2016, at the usual tiger's nest. Accompanied by chicken nanban, ginkgo nuts in season, etc. The brewer is Oroku Shuzo, Higashi Izumo Town, Shimane Prefecture. It may be sold only through special dealers. According to the website, the "Izumo Kojiya" brand has two types of sake: straight and nigori, and the nigori is effervescent. In October 2016 at the usual tiger's nest. It was served with ginkgo nuts because of the season. The brewer is Tsuji Honten in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. The label says that all the rice and rice kouji are grown in Okayama Prefecture, and the sake is made by a female toji (master brewer) and nine brewers who are particular about the production method. 9 (NINE) means "nine people. The chic label is rather stylish. Gozenshu Sake Brewery Tsuji Honten HP https://www.gozenshu.co.jp/SHOP/1132034/1132045/list.html

In September 2016, at the usual tiger's eye. I looked up the specs and other clues and found that it is described as Junmai Daiginjo. I'm not sure exactly what it is, as the year of manufacture is different. The label even says that it is made with rice and rice malt from Yamagata Prefecture, but the rice polishing ratio and sake degree are undisclosed. The brewer's intention is "to have the sake taste as it is without being bound by preconceived notions of sake rice or rice polishing ratio," but this is quite unusual. The following is the URL of the product introduction of the sake store. https://www.yajima-jizake.co.jp/products/detail.php?product_id=8476 Note: I drank it again after this in March 2018, and the label had not changed.

In August 2016, at my favorite restaurant, Tora no Eagle. It's a strange name for a sake, but how could it not be delicious, given the challenging spirit of a brewery in Akita Prefecture (Yuzawa City)? I found out that the "Rz series," which seems to be named after Ryozeki, is a limited edition sake available only at authorized dealers. It was not included in the online shopping lineup. The label says it is bottle-fired one time. We enjoyed it that day while eating char-grilled jidori chicken and chicken nanban, and I think it went well with the dry sake. In May 2016, I took a junior college student to Tiger's Taste. It's nice to be with someone and be able to taste several different kinds of food. (After the Corona disaster, it became difficult to "give me some"...) This sake is made by the Toshimaya Sake Brewery in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo. The rice is from Hiroshima Prefecture.
