In April 2017, at the Tiger's Tail in Shibuya. I received a "limited edition" bottle.
The brewer is Shirakiku Shuzo of Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture. The name "Triple A" comes from the first letter of three different types of rice grown in Okayama Prefecture: Asahi rice, Akebono rice, and Akihikari rice.
