In May 2016, I took my college juniors to the usual Tora Tora Tora. When you are with someone, you have a chance to try different kinds of sake.
The brewer is Kinoshita Sake Brewery in Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture. The penguin on the label of this sake is cute, but they also produce a number of other products with unusual names and labels.
