田中 楽
In September 2016, at the usual tiger's eye. I looked up the specs and other clues and found that it is described as Junmai Daiginjo. I'm not sure exactly what it is, as the year of manufacture is different. The label even says that it is made with rice and rice malt from Yamagata Prefecture, but the rice polishing ratio and sake degree are undisclosed. The brewer's intention is "to have the sake taste as it is without being bound by preconceived notions of sake rice or rice polishing ratio," but this is quite unusual. The following is the URL of the product introduction of the sake store. https://www.yajima-jizake.co.jp/products/detail.php?product_id=8476 Note: I drank it again after this in March 2018, and the label had not changed.
