In December 2016, I was with friends at Kushiyaki Gen Oyama North Exit Branch near Oyama Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, where I was on my way out. It was a very lively gathering, so I honestly don't remember much about it.
The brewer is Okabe Gomei Company of Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture. They also have brands such as "Sukesan Tadasu-san" and "Kadaiyogan," so perhaps "Opinion Watch" is named after Mito Komon. We could not find a clear description of the details of the specifications.
