In January 2017, at the Tora Shokubai in Shibuya, Tokyo. The product was "a joint development between students of Tohoku University of Art & Design and Higashinoroku Sake Brewery in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture." I love Yamagata's brand rice "Tsuyahime" and order it directly from farmers in Sagae City, so I chose this sake because it is made from this Tsuyahime. It was delicious even as a sake.
