In May 2016, at the usual tiger's nest, accompanied by a college junior. Hana Hato" and mainly Hato Niten. This particular sake is made with 100% Hana Mochi from Aomori Prefecture. The website also claims "local water, local rice, local sake". The label on the back says "once-fired" and "bottle stored".
The brewer is Hato Masamune Corporation of Towada City, Aomori Prefecture.
