That's what I had in Nagano! I think this wonderfully refreshing feeling is unique. It is really delicious. It has a slight sweetness to it, but also an unparalleled refreshment. Personally, I can't help but wonder why this brand is not more popular. I really love this sake.

A sweet and delicious natural township. I think this sweetness is excellent. I should say it's a mature sweetness that doesn't make you feel dull. I think it's still great that it's easy to drink. There is a danger that you will find yourself drinking several cups. I think it would be good if it became a little more popular. Fukushima really has a lot of good sake ministry️.

This is the Shinsamasa Hanpukai sake that we had at Marutensan in Morishita, Tokyo. The good thing about this shop is that you can enjoy k-type and c-type sake, which are not available in the market. They also serve other rare sakes at reasonable prices, which is why I keep coming back. When it comes to the important taste, I think it's a wonderful gem where the high-level sweetness, sourness, umami, and sharpness down the throat that is unique to Shinsei come head-to-head. It's a sake that you can drink as many times as you like. I'm impressed by how they can make this kind of sake.

A brand with a stylish name, Before Dawn. I don't know if it was taken from Shimazaki Toson's book or not, but it is a very delicious sake. It was a critical hit for me when I had it at a local izakaya on a trip to Nagano. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness. It's not very famous, but I'm glad to have found a sake that I thought was "This is delicious! I'm grateful to have found a sake that I can say "This is delicious! I have a mixed feeling that I want it to become popular, but I also want it to stay that way (laughs).

Tenbi-san. This is my third bottle this year, and I couldn't help but buy it on impulse when I saw the raw sake on the shelf. The taste is even better than I expected. The balance of sourness and sweetness suits me very well. The fact that I don't get tired of it no matter how many times I drink it can be attributed to the complexity of the flavor. This is a brand that has only been out in the world for a short time, but this level of perfection is as good as it gets.

Does it have a similar label to Kameizumi? Manzaku no Hana, the first drink. This is good! The acidity is wonderful and accentuates the taste. Maybe it's because I'm watching the final Asian qualifying match vs. Australia, but the cup goes very well. I feel some sweetness and enjoy the taste. Hopefully it will end with a win! Alright, we won! We can go to the World Cup⚽ Cup!

I enjoyed the Meganezake so much that I bought the original brand. Perhaps because the Meganezake was so delicious, my expectations were too high. It was delicious, but I felt it was a step too far. Well, I think it's really high level. The sourness, lightness, and refreshment are wonderful. I'll buy it again after a while.

Is this going to be Senkou's autumn sake? Following Kabutomushi, it has a good label that doesn't look like a sake. I'd like to see more new designs like this, so I can enjoy it more. I think the taste is sweet and refreshing. The acidity is added in a perfect balance to increase the complexity. And it's easy to drink as always. There is nothing wrong with Senkou.

My first drink continues to be Haruka. Unlike the Kuribayashi I drank before, it seems to be of the light, dry type. It has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink. I think the word "shokuchu" on the back of the bottle fits it perfectly. Atago no Matsu also describes itself as a sake for sipping, but I think Haruka is drier and Atago no Matsu is sweeter. It's a good idea to choose a sake that suits your mood and ingredients.

The first drink of Yoshinogawa. It's rather easy to drink. When I drank it without thinking deeply, it was gone before I knew it (laugh). It's fun to drink new brands like this.

Hiyaoroshi. It's my first drink. It's a brand I didn't know, and I exchanged it because I saved up some points. This was a big hit! The slight sweetness and the refreshing drinkability are good. You'll find yourself going through two or three glasses of it before you know it. It seems that there are still many unknown sake breweries in Iwate Prefecture. New encounters continue without interruption. This is why I can't stop drinking sake.

Kikusen is a sake brewed by Nishida Shuzo, famous for its rice wine. As you would expect from Nishida Shuzo, it is quite delicious. Neither sweet nor spicy, it has a moderate taste, yet it is very deep. The brewed sake is just as good as the junmai sake, and considering the cost, it makes me feel like I'm getting more for my money. I'm glad I bought this one.

Hi sticks, nice to meet you! I recently bought a bottle of Kikusen myself, and it was delicious! The strongest of the cospa!

The first drink of Tosa Shiragiku. It has a sake like aroma. It has a refreshing, light and dry taste. It may be somewhat similar to Drunken Whale. I have an impression that sake from Shikoku is sweet and not fruity. Tosa Shiragiku is no different from that impression. It is the kind of sake that goes well with food.

Miyazumi of the back brand(?) of the Sharaku brewery. s Miyaizumi. It's a little bit more expensive than this one. It costs about 2,200 yen for a four-pack. I think the sweetness is emphasized more than Sharaku. It's easy to drink and meets our expectations. It is very delicious. I think I should have bought Sharaku too and compared them. There is a repeat.

This is the first Ginrei registered in Sake no Wa. As the name suggests, it is a ginjo-shu. It has the taste of a traditional Japanese sake. It is for adults. So it goes great with snacks. It's so good that you can take out the leftovers from the refrigerator and start drinking in the middle of the day. This is one of those dry ginjo-shu that you can't help but be impressed by when it evolves to this level.

It's been a really long time since I've had ginjo sake. I had some points saved up, so I bought some to try. Naturally, it was my first time drinking it, but Matsunoi-san has a subtle aroma, and the taste is very good, albeit a bit sweet. It has a strong sake feel to it, and with the tsumami, the cup goes on. Very good!

Nanbu Bijin, my first time drinking it, and it's, it's good! I used to drink only Akatake when it came to Iwate Prefecture. This Nanbu Bijin is also wonderfully delicious. The moment I drank it, I said "Oh my! It's delicious!" It's just as delicious on the second and third sips as it is on the first. It's so easy to drink that I've lost a whole bottle while writing this post. It is a very high level sweet sake. I'm pouring the second batch, so I'm done with this post.

Kido-san is one of the King of Cospa. This is the first time I've had Hiyaoroshi, but it's just as wonderful as the year-round brands. The slight sourness is a nice accent to the sweetness, and it solves the difficult problem of being easy to drink while having a deep flavor. The price is less than 1,300 yen for such a delicious sake, which is truly out of the ordinary.

This is my first time to drink glasses. The taste is refreshing and crisp, like the autumn sky. The slight sourness is delicious. The glasses go on and on. I've never had Haginotsuru before, but if it was this good, I should have had more.

Speaking of the sake of Mie, Saku is famous, but I bought Takihannan for the first time. I've never had it in a shop before. It has a very nice "sake" feeling to it. The aftertaste is very refreshing and crisp. It is not sweet. I've been drinking a lot of sweet and fruity sake recently, so it's good to have a simple and deep brand like this. I think. Overall, this is a high-level sake.
