I drank it a lot at the store, but this is my first time to buy Hato Masamune. It was hard to find it at the liquor store which I know well. After all, it is easy to drink. In addition to Tasake and Mutsuyasen, I think this Hato Masamune is one of the top three in Aomori. It is wonderfully refreshing. There is neither sweetness nor spiciness, and it gives the impression of being a master of moderate flavor. This time it was the Hiyaoroshi, but if I see it all year round, I will buy it immediately.

Kamikimoto. I've had it a few times at the store, but when I looked it up, it was my first purchase. A long time has passed since I couldn't go to Izakaya. It's been a long time since I've been able to go to an izakaya, so naturally I haven't had Kamikimoto in my mouth in a while. That was my first impression today. To be honest, I was surprised. It's obvious that it would be tasty if it's a medium-sized bottle of Kimoto (not written in kanji), but I didn't think it would exceed my expectations to this extent. It's sweet and refreshing, and you can have as many glasses as you want, and I feel like I'm tasting the very best. It's a bit expensive at 2,200 yen for a four-pack, but it's well worth it.

Hiyaoroshi of Hououmita. You can deeply taste the maturation over the summer. On the other hand, you can't feel the stubbornness at all. The lightness and richness come at the same time, so it feels like a very good deal. Originally, the year-round brand is also very good Hououmita, but Hiyaoroshi is interesting because it has a different flavor. It is a rare sake where you can enjoy the hiyaoroshi feeling or autumn sake at a high level. The price is 1760 yen and full of value.

I bought Atago no Matsu after a long time. Hiya-oroshi. It is very easy to drink, thanks to the flat rice polishing. It has a perfect mouthfeel, throat hit, and aftertaste. You can't feel any miscellaneous taste at all, so it goes into your body very easily. The danger of drinking too much is max. Not only is it easy to drink, but the taste and aroma are also at a high level, making you wonder if it was ever this good. I wondered if it was this good in the past. I'll be repeating the year-round brand as soon as possible.

I bought Mutsu Hassen, Midori label for the first time. I like this sake very much. The moment you open the bottle, you can smell the fruit aroma. It smells so good that you'd think fruit juice was added somewhere. It is easy to drink, and the slight sourness adds an accent that is different from sake that is only sweet. The balance of sweetness and sourness is truly wonderful. Even though we drank it at 1am, we couldn't stop drinking it. In a way, it is a dangerous sake.

Continue drinking autumn sake. Omachi Hiyoroshi. I think this is the first time I've had it since spring. I thought it was an easy drinking sake, but it tastes just like it is. I wanted to drink Fukuoka, so I selected Mitsui no Kotobuki. It's a big dry sake with a +14 rating. It is indeed robust and spicy. This is a sake for drinkers. Mutsu Hassen. I think it's a pretty high level sake, and for a 1,400 yen brew, it's hard to find anything else like it. It's a little sweet overall, but it's very easy to drink, and I found myself drinking several glasses. I drank it at the store and it was so good that I bought it. I guess the blue label Junmaishu is more mainstream, but the pink label is great too. At the moment, it is the best brewed sake in the world.
