This is the first Ginrei registered in Sake no Wa. As the name suggests, it is a ginjo-shu.
It has the taste of a traditional Japanese sake. It is for adults.
So it goes great with snacks. It's so good that you can take out the leftovers from the refrigerator and start drinking in the middle of the day.
This is one of those dry ginjo-shu that you can't help but be impressed by when it evolves to this level.
