This is the Shinsamasa Hanpukai sake that we had at Marutensan in Morishita, Tokyo.
The good thing about this shop is that you can enjoy k-type and c-type sake, which are not available in the market. They also serve other rare sakes at reasonable prices, which is why I keep coming back.
When it comes to the important taste, I think it's a wonderful gem where the high-level sweetness, sourness, umami, and sharpness down the throat that is unique to Shinsei come head-to-head.
It's a sake that you can drink as many times as you like. I'm impressed by how they can make this kind of sake.
