Speaking of the sake of Mie, Saku is famous, but I bought Takihannan for the first time. I've never had it in a shop before.
It has a very nice "sake" feeling to it. The aftertaste is very refreshing and crisp. It is not sweet.
I've been drinking a lot of sweet and fruity sake recently, so it's good to have a simple and deep brand like this. I think.
Overall, this is a high-level sake.
