My first drink continues to be Haruka. Unlike the Kuribayashi I drank before, it seems to be of the light, dry type. It has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink.
I think the word "shokuchu" on the back of the bottle fits it perfectly. Atago no Matsu also describes itself as a sake for sipping, but I think Haruka is drier and Atago no Matsu is sweeter. It's a good idea to choose a sake that suits your mood and ingredients.
