I remember tasting and buying Miyama Kiku at a department store a long time ago.
It doesn't say the rice polishing ratio, so I wonder if it's a regular sake.
Maybe because it's an aged sake, it's deep and full-bodied.

Good evening, bouken-san. 🌜️ I met the brewer at the Hankyu event and he was selling the product saying "I only bring it when I'm there and you can't buy it online" 😊I met him twice and he said it both times so I'm sure of it 😁.
