Another brand from the brewery that brews Manazuru in Miyagi Prefecture. I had drunk Manazuru before, but this was my first time to taste Tabayashi.
The first time I tasted Tabayashin, it was my first time. ◉Tabayashin summer sake, special junmai sake, unpasteurized, once-fired, has a refreshing acidity and a mellow flavor. It is refreshing and clean.
I would like to try some of their other non-summer sakes.
