I went to SAKE BAR FUJIYA by myself when I stayed overnight in Narita before my business trip to China. When I went to China, I drank beer, Hakushu (Chinese rice wine), Shaoxingju (Chinese rice wine), and sake (Japanese sake).
Iinuma Honke in Koshi. The master recommended this sake during happy hour. It is less polished and you can taste the flavor of the rice.

Sake brewed with Nikko's Goshinsui (divine water).
It has a slightly carbonated taste with a "chilli" feeling called "shwashuwa.
I wonder how it compares to the 1st.
