Shinshu Kirei能登産ゆめみづほ
Higu
I bought this limited edition sake at the brewery on my way back from Hokuriku in July. It was too good to pass up, so I kept it, but I opened the bottle because I had to drink it for the sake of reconstruction.
The brewer said, "We want to protect the future of Noto by making sake from the rice grown by Noto's contract farmers without any change." We were reminded of Noto when we enjoyed Kamerei, which is carefully brewed in Shinshu from Yumemizuho rice grown in Noto on behalf of Kazuma Sake Brewery.
Now I would like to visit Noto.
