Today, as my wife finished her training in Honmachi in the evening, we went for a walk from Tenma to Honmachi for drinking 😁. First time to drink in Tenma, I checked out the place and it didn't look like there were many places where you can drink sake in the morning, but I thought there might be one, so I went to 【PARKING Kitahama Fermentation】, which I was curious about because of "Sake no Wa" and "Yoi Don" 😀. It was not as I imagined, I was the only one drinking alcohol and lunch was served during the day 😅. Before I came here, I stopped by a nice sake store, but they said they don't do drinking during the day, they are open only at night 🤣. So we arrived at our first drink, which was our first [Haneya] 😋. It was a little dry, and because of my stupid tongue, I don't know what it was, but it was fruity 😀. I have a lot of previous posts, but I'm going to follow Jive's example and have a sake terror 😁.

This was also purchased in a bottle at Sumino Sake Shop for the first time for drinking at home. When I drank it outside, it seemed to be more refreshing and easy to drink😅. Basically, it tastes better when you drink it outside, and I think I like it better when it has calmed down after opening the bottle 😊.

The first "Isojiman" opened before the go-around 😁. I bought it at "Sumino Sake Shop" because I enjoyed it when I drank it outside. Unlike when I drank it outside, it was not as dry, clean and easy to drink as I thought it would be 😅 The bitterness made it seem more alcoholic 😅. I have a stupid tongue, so I drink sake based on the atmosphere and my senses, so I feel differently depending on the day I drink it 🤣 Also, that's the fun of getting drunk 😀.

Maa- Japanese Sake Go-Around Kobe 13 11th stop "Asano Sake Shop" for the final sake of the go-around 😁. Why this sake? I don't even remember what kind of sake it was... Memorandum😅 We drank a lot and ate a lot in total of 14 restaurants starting from beer at 8:30am to ramen at the end 🤪. The third one is "Hokkai Ramen" 🍜, a nostalgic dish that used to exist on Awaji Island in the past.

Sake Go-Around Kobe 12 Closing the go-around at the 11th sake store "Asano Sake Shop", Kamishin Sake Brewery where I had drunk "Winter Moon" before 😁 I almost don't remember, but I think this sake was very sweet, but it was delicious 😋... Memorandum😅

Sake Go Around Kobe 9 9th restaurant "Kitasan Somen Sake party in the fall 😁. I'm completely done with this 😅Memorandum 😅 I wanted to visit this restaurant because it was introduced in "Yoi Don" (I watch it on TV from Monday to Friday) as recommendation 3.

Sake Go Around Kobe 8 The 8th restaurant, "Rose Papillon". I guess I was getting pretty drunk, so I didn't take a picture of the sake, but here's an extra glass, also made with 100% Dondokoi rice 😁. The brewer was next to me and I told him that I bought a bottle of "Takeda Castle" by Tajime when I visited Takeda Castle before and it was absurdly good, but he said they don't make it anymore, so I asked him to make it again 😅. Takeda Castle" was a strong amber-colored sake with a strong character, but the one I drank today was easy to drink and delicious 😋. Sea of clouds at Takeda castle 4 years ago😅

Sake Go Around Kobe (7) We went to the 6th restaurant, Sake Boat Ten, but it wasn't open even though it was past its opening time 😩 3 other groups left?　When we talked about it at Ten, we were told that the restaurant had moved 🤪 I went to Google maps, but it was not updated, but the event map was updated 😅. The boiled tongue and sake were both delicious 😋.

Sake Go Around Kobe ⑥ We arrived 10 minutes before the first round because we were told it was a popular restaurant and we should get there early by other participants 😀 We arrived just in time for the first round. The sake was a draft from KEG DRAFT, so I didn't have a picture of it, but this was an extra glass, and the brewer recommended a dry one out of about 5 different kinds 😀. Both sakes were delicious 😋.

Sake Go Around Kobe ④ The brewery owner was not there either 😂 I was looking forward to this because it was a brewery of a distant sake that I enjoyed drinking as well as the one I just visited 😭. They had the option of heating the sake, but it was too hot, so I went with cold 😁 delicious 😋.

Sake Go Around Kobe (3) There was a long wait here too😅I thought the wait would be about 10 minutes, but it was more than 20 minutes before we entered the store😀. The store was full of young staff and no one from the brewery ⁇ I was told that the brewer would come to each store when you purchase a batch 😭. The price is also a bit expensive at 1,200 yen 😅 So we had some sake and food and left early 😅Amenbi is delicious 😋.

Sake Go Around Kobe (2) There was a longer-than-expected wait at the first restaurant, so the person sitting next to me and I rushed to the second restaurant together while looking at the map, but we couldn't find the restaurant 😂 We wandered around for more than 5 minutes, but we couldn't find it, so we managed to get directions from other participants. We went up to the second floor from the fire escape of the apartment building 🤣. We didn't have a chance to talk to the brewer here, so we had sake and food and moved on 😂 I almost forgot to take a picture of the food after this 😂 First time drinking Ibaraki sake, it was delicious 😁.

Sake Go Around Kobe ① Unfortunately, I couldn't make the post on Sake Day, but I did enjoy Sake Day 🤣. I was so excited to see how it would be like to participate in my first go-around, I arrived 3 minutes before the restaurant opened at 11am as scheduled, but when I got out of the elevator, there were already more than 15 people in line, which was unexpected since it was held on a weekday 😂 I managed to make the second turn and entered the restaurant 😀 I had wanted to visit this restaurant before, and since the restaurant usually opens at 6pm, it was basically a restaurant I couldn't come to since I'm a morning drinker 😂. I am a morning drinker, so I couldn't come here 😂. I wanted to get some more, but there was a wait, and I had to leave because there was another one coming up 😁 My impression of the sake was as usual, all I can remember is that it was delicious 🤣 I've seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island, and I've also seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island. I have seen it at a nearby liquor store on Awaji Island, and the brewer said it was the same. I'm sure they sell it in Awaji Island too, but it wasn't registered at Sakegawa 😅.

The eve of Go-Around ④ Closing drink at Kotoriya, the restaurant where we were going to have a go-around tomorrow 😅. I ordered a large, hot sake from Toyo Bijin, which the owner said was not very hot, but I ordered it.　The last time I drank Kouji's Dai-harakuchi was delicious, so I had high expectations 😍. As you can imagine, it has a nice umami and sweetness that is different from the dry sake of the main brewery. From now on, I'll have to drink the big dry ones from breweries that don't have a dry base when I find them 🤣.

I had a hard time deciding on a dry sake for my second drink at Go Around eve festival (3) "Standing Drinking Restaurant Kotoriya" and chose Toyo Bijin's very dry sake, and they gave me some of their recommendation 🥰 It was indeed dry and delicious. I feel like this is what sake is all about 😁.

Go-around eve of the festival (2) First Nabeshima, first Saga sake 😀. I've been wanting to go to this place for a while now 😁 at the "Standing Drinking Restaurant Kotoriya". I was hoping to have a chance to drink or buy it when I went to Kyushu last month, but I found a sake shop with a banner of Nabeshima in front of Saga castle, but I gave up 3 minutes before the meeting, and at a souvenir shop in Kokura castle, the special Jun was over 4000 yen and it was for 2024, so I gave up too🤣. I wondered how it would be for me, a dry sake lover, but it was not as sweet as I had imagined and was very easy to drink with no lingering sweetness 😋. I can't wait to try the other Nabeshima's as well: ☺️

Rushing to the Expo before it closes 😀. Before the opening, I was ready to go since it was held nearby, but I almost gave up but decided to go with the go-around the next day 😁. Early on, I had a drink at the world's oldest brewery 🍺 but then the crowd grew and I could barely drink a glass of Sun draft 🤣. We had to wait a long time for the bus, so we left at 6pm and went back to Kobe to drink 😋. We stopped at the "Ekimae Stand" right outside the bus terminal to get some sake 😁. Although the weather has cooled down, it was still hot during the day, so I went for this one 🍶 which seemed easy to drink and refreshing. It was just as I imagined and easy to drink 😋.
