The eve of Go-Around ④
Closing drink at Kotoriya, the restaurant where we were going to have a go-around tomorrow 😅.
I ordered a large, hot sake from Toyo Bijin, which the owner said was not very hot, but I ordered it. The last time I drank Kouji's Dai-harakuchi was delicious, so I had high expectations 😍.
As you can imagine, it has a nice umami and sweetness that is different from the dry sake of the main brewery.
From now on, I'll have to drink the big dry ones from breweries that don't have a dry base when I find them 🤣.
