🍺An after-party by myself after a lot of drinking. Next is Oroku. How many years has it been? Yeah, it's hard. It has some umami, but it's not a cold sake either😅. I guess my expectations were too high for my first Oroku in a long time😅. But the umami is there, so I can drink it 🤣.

At any rate, I'm going to have a drink now that I've finished my important work. I drank a lot of 🍺 at the get-together with people I had never met before. I wanted to finish the party with sake from Hyogo, so I went to a bar. When I asked for sake from Hyogo, I was told that Senzuke was the only sake available...so I decided to stick to Kansai and ordered an Akirika. Akishika with a kind of pop label is fresh 😁. It tasted more like a classic. It was cold sake, so it was quite austere, but I could drink it with snacks 😋. I'll try it next time 🍶.
