at Nihon Shu-tsubaki Summer's omen, winter's omen, and more I personally really like Omine's seasonal sake, but hiyayagoroshi for the first time 🍁. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of muscatel. It has a gentle sweetness and is a bit mellow. It is very easy to drink and delicious hiyaoroshi! Paired with with "White salad of Shine Muscat and basil" served as a pairing. 😳😳😳😳! The basil did a great job!

Tamitsu, Filtiltration Mild aroma and melon-like sweetness 🍈. The aftertaste is dry with a delicious taste of rice. Quite easy to drink and delicious✨ I don't see it very often in my area. I would like to drink it again if I can find it 😁.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake At the Sake Cost Sake Brewery We don't get a chance to encounter this sake very often, so we didn't hesitate to order it 🍶. This sake has been around since the time of Shingen Takeda. The waitress explained that it was named after the fact that it dances like a phantom 😚. It's my personal favorite sake that combines the best of modern and classic 😊.

It has been hot recently and I felt that I wanted to drink something but a solid sake was too heavy, so I chose this one. It has a soft acidity that makes it easy to drink 😍. It had an exquisite flavor that was light but also satisfying ✨. Served with salted tomatoes and bitter melon stir-fry 🍶.

Date Seven season2 episode4 Junmai Daiginjyo Hakurakusei Style: Evolution of the Earth The timeline of recent updates is a mess (^_^;) I bought this at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station when I went back home for a three-day weekend. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop The aroma is like melon. Sweetness and umami at first, then acidity and astringency. It tastes like white wine. It gives the impression of a beautiful food wine.

Urasato Junmai Ginjo Nama I ordered Urasato Junmai Ginjyo Nama 🍶 because I enjoyed new sake Kiri-Tsukuba Nigori and Urasato's light nigori was delicious, so I ordered it 🍶. It has a clean taste. It has a clean taste and is sweet and tasty at the same time. Delicious 😋. Pairs well with soaked eggplant and okra in dashi broth.

Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata A fine and beautiful light nigori, just like a haze. It has a rich sweetness, but then a grapefruit-like bitterness. It was delicious even with ice. Perfect for drinking in the summer. Postscript As the day goes by, the freshness and sweetness It lost its freshness and sweetness when it was first opened 😅. It became much more difficult to drink 😅. I guess the taste of nama-sake loses its freshness and sweetness after being open for a long time 💦. the flavor will be lost 💦.

Kazu Murayasu Sake I drank in Niigata I had an image of Murayusuke = sweet and Japanese sake, but this Murayusuke has a sweet taste, but it is not so sweet. but this Murayusuke has sweetness but but I felt a strong sourness. Hotel Brewing Forest and its affiliated restaurants At Ponshu Hotel Saimu. This time I stayed at the hotel for a long time 😆. I have been mistakenly thinking that this hotel was a hotel for a sake called "Kozo-Sumori", I thought it was a hotel for that sake. But it's the other way around 🤣. I have just learned that it was the hotel's original sake called "brewing forest". The sake we had as a toast for dinner was a gas based sake called "Kozusumori Junmai Ginjo". The base of the sake was a junmai ginjo called "Kakusumori" and the gas pressure was increased. The cocktail was based on sake brewed at the hotel. It was a perfect toast. Also, when I checked in to Sleepy Hollow, I was given a welcome drink. The welcome drink we received at check-in was a cocktail of Sourisumori Junmai Ginjo with elderflower and lemon. It is also refreshing and easy to drink like juice 😋. The sake is very tasty on its own, but this time we were able to experience a new and different flavor. but this time we were able to experience a new and different taste.

At a stylish sake bar run by Heiwa Sake Brewery Co. Kizuchi is a sake brewery owned by Heiwa Sake Brewery. Lots of Kido in the lineup that I've never seen before 👀. Kido Mugyozan Junmai Daiginjo 40% polished rice Sweet and fruity but It tastes smooth, clean, and elegant. More refreshing than the Kido we often see? There was also one polished up to 35%, but the price is 😱.
