○Drinking at home. The aroma is ginjo, with a gorgeous, beautiful rice flavor that spreads to the palate. The finish is mellow and crisp.
The name is taken from "Ryu gin zu yun ki hu bofu sei" (Zhou Yi). It is a "super limited edition" sake, so it is the other brand that competes with the dragon and tiger.
ALC 15.8 degrees. 50% polished rice from Hashu Honor grapes grown in Yamagata. Sake strength -6.
