The name is taken from "Ryu gin zu yun ki hu bofu sei" (Zhou Yi). It is a "super limited edition" sake, so it is the other brand that competes with the dragon and tiger.
ALC 15.8 degrees. 50% polished rice from Hashu Honor grapes grown in Yamagata. Sake strength -6. yNoguHome drinking. A faint fruity aroma. Rich umami. The sweetness is moderate and the bitterness remains. It can be drunk as a food sake.
