It is more sharp and refreshing than the deliciousness of rice. It is a mild sake that can be served as a mid-meal drink. Cold sake with morokyu miso is also exceptional.
ALC 15-16 degrees. 60% polished rice.
If you drink at Fuyacho Dori Nijo Dori and in the center of Kyoto, you have no choice but to go with sake brewed in Kyoto.
