I would like to enjoy more sake from Chiba. yNogu○Drinking at home. It has an elegant aroma, a tender feeling, and the flavor and depth of rice. The sweetness and acidity can be tasted at different times.
ALC 16 degrees. 50% polished rice. Sake degree -1.5.
Although it does not have alcohol added, it is not a junmai-shu and is treated as a regular sake. It is therefore a good cosmetics sake. 1100 yen. yNoguHome drinking. The aroma is subtle. The sweetness and umami are well balanced, mellow, and firm.
It is best served cold, but its sweetness and umami increase when heated.
ALC 17 degrees. It is made from 50% polished Gohyakumangoku rice. yNoguThe aroma is mild, with a moderate volume of umami. It is mellow and rich, and can be drunk deeply.
ALC 16 degrees. Miyamanishiki rice polished to 70%.

ALC 15.5 degrees, 65% polished Yamadanishiki rice. yNoguDrink at home. Mild dry taste. Refreshing taste. Use as a heated sake.
ALC 16-17 degrees. Polished to 70% Yamada Nishiki.
