This is a Takeyoshi with no mistakes every time. Fresh gasiness, clean sweetness and umami, and a beautiful aftertaste. It is a very good wine 💮.
Thank you for your continued support this year.

First of all, it is fresh. Yes, it is young. It has a clear sweetness and umami, yet it is a little hard and a little bitter. It has a freshness full of freshness coupled with a little gas. Beautiful. 💮
Polishing ratio 60%, Autumn harvest
A clean and mild aroma. Good flavor and acidity. It has a slight gaseous taste. It seems to go well with autumn flavors. Fat

A Junmai (Junmai for Dare). It has the sweetness of Aizan with a refreshing sharpness and a pleasant aftertaste.
Shitaizumi is a light, stylish, and indeed, very good wine.
It really brings out the sushi. I'm sure it will be a great match for sushi.

It is already autumn. The world of sake, where you can enjoy all four seasons, is precious.
Slight, clean, round, and rich...this is the "hiyaoroshi" taste! This is the taste of hiyaoroshi! It has a good balance. It is so delicious. It's so good!
100% Hidahomare, 60% polished rice
The rice has been harvested and it is time for hiyaoroshi, but it is still hot.
It has a youthful and refreshing taste. The aroma spreads softly and has a cool and powerful aftertaste. It is a cool and refreshing summer sake.
I can't believe that the lingering summer heat is also leaving us with a lingering feeling of regret. ◎◎

It has a full, fragrant mouthfeel, a sharp, crisp taste, and an impressive aftertaste. It is refreshing yet persistent. This is a good sake. Sake

It is hot every day. The aroma is moderate for Raifuku, and the mouthfeel is refreshing. But it has a strong lingering aftertaste.
It is a good one to be served cold. ◎◎

A thoroughly natural "modern Yamahai". Fresh gas, natural sweetness and acidity. The mild nourishment, minerality, and transparency in the low alcohol content.... I was impressed. 💮.

Summer is coming again. Japanese saké can be enjoyed in each of the four seasons of Japan, each with its own flavor. We are grateful.
With white malted rice and No. 7 yeast, which is often used mainly for shochu. Refreshing acidity and fruitiness. You can enjoy the transition from citrus to white peach-like fruity and minerality with a slight bitterness. Very tasty and delightful. 💮

Fruity and refreshing sweetness and acidity like berries. And a sense of gas.
Smell, mouthfeel, and aftertaste are all pleasant. Delicious, it's spring! It's spring!

This is my first time to drink Kurogyu, but I seem to have received a rare and varied one. It is a limited edition spring sake, brewed once a year with Omachi instead of the usual Yamadanishiki.
It has a clean, yet deep and rich flavor with a sharp finish. It is clear, yet powerful. ◎◎
It has a firm sweetness and umami. It has a clean, mellow flavor with no cloying taste at all. It has a strong presence on its own and seems to be very well received.
(It was a mistake to pair it with fatty sashimi. (It would be a mistake to pair it with fatty sashimi, or with citrusy grilled dishes. Or perhaps a dessert wine?) It is interesting to think about the best TPO.

The name "Naeba" and "Kosu-mori" is too nice. You can almost hear the music.
It has a fresh gasiness with a good balance of acidity and sweetness, which is typical of Suba. I like this one. I love it!

Light nigori (light nigori) with a delicate, fruity taste and a firm body. It has a gorgeous fruity flavor and a delicate yet firm body. The slight effervescence is also pleasant and delicious. Fat

The mouthfeel is fresh blue and green, just like a forest, and the sweetness of the rice spreads richly.
The taste is clean and light with lactic acidity, but also has a deep breadth.
This is delicious. 💮
(One-stage brewing "Sour Forest" is pricey, but I want to drink it!)

The rice is well polished. It is refreshing.
And if you say so, you will definitely feel the gorgeous and refreshing lingering taste of apple. I would like to match it with various dishes. It is very interesting. Fat

The mouthfeel is fresh and youthful, typical of the first sake. The remaining flavor is light, but has the potential to be deep as well. You can feel the breath of life.
It is truly a drop of the beginning. ◎But
