Polishing ratio 50%. This is my first time to drink Kurogyu, but I seem to have received a rare and varied one. It is a limited edition spring sake, brewed once a year with Omachi instead of the usual Yamadanishiki. It has a clean, yet deep and rich flavor with a sharp finish. It is clear, yet powerful. ◎◎
