On a return trip home. Purchased at a liquor store near my husband's in-laws' house.
A little gassy, fruity and acidic,
Light and easy to drink.
I like the taste! Delicious.
Hello, I'm Kaiyodo, a member of the Minamiaizu Sake Brewery. Thank you for drinking my hometown Minamiaizu-cho's sake breweries Kaito Otokoyama, Hanaizumi and Kunigon! I'm going back to Saitama now after stocking up at my local Kobayashi Sake Shop.
@nabe.
Thank you for your comment!
My husband and I are also from Fukushima, so we tend to reach for Fukushima sake. Aizu has a lot of good sake. Hanaizumi is the reason I became a sake lover.
Purchased at a liquor store.
I drank doburoku for the first time.
Is it because it is fermented? It was quite sour.
I didn't know rice grains could taste like this.
I'm not good at amazake either, so this was not good for me either...

Shimane sake (2).
Black rice with a rosé wine-like hue.
I have never tasted such a color in sake before!
Although it looks like wine, it tastes light and dry, and has a nice sharpness.
It is a refreshing sake. It is delicious.

Shimane sake (1). The manager went on a trip to Shimane and bought this.
He said the taste changes with each change in temperature,
We had it at three different temperatures: cold, room temperature, and warmed.
The cold sake was crisp and refreshing, and as the temperature increased, it became sweeter and more aromatic, giving it a different flavor each time it was served.
I think I prefer it at room temperature.
I was deeply impressed by the fact that only sake can be enjoyed at different temperatures.
