This is the second edition of THE Spring Market, a limited edition sake that is shipped only once a year! 😊😊😊. This is a drink comparison with the first one, Weibuki 🍶. Both are Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered raw sake, but the sake rice seems to be different 🌾.
Weibuki is Yamadanishiki and Hoshitenkouro seems to be a comet from Hokkaido💫. They are both very tasty! There was a slight difference in taste, with the Vibuki having a slightly stronger rice flavor and the Hoshitenkoji being a bit more refreshing. Both were really good, but I think I prefer the Hoshitenkouro.

There are so many seasonal sake, different rice, different yeast, etc. that I can't keep up with all the sake I drink 😅.
