A gift from a friend
Sweet, bitter and rich taste.
The throat is stimulated by the 19% alcohol.
For me, it was just right after I extended it with ice.
Perfect with squid cod roe!
Well - it's delicious.
The perfect balance of not too fancy.
It has a slight piquancy. There is no bitterness at all, and the sweetness and gorgeous aroma are just barely controlled in the mouth, making it a very gentle taste. The aftertaste is like "it's a good one". It was so good that I drank too much.
I was drunk.
Good evening, Mr. Bob Hikoh😄
I call myself the head of the production department, lol.
The aftertaste of
I know what you mean.
I understand the aftertaste of "It's a crop" ❣️ very much ‼️

Hi T.KISO, nice to meet you!
I'm new to the site and have only had a few bottles, but so far I'd like to give first place to all of them.
I was surprised when I saw your comment about the "quality" of the "sake" (lol).
I was surprised when I saw your comment that it is a "great" wine (lol).
Bob Hiko, you raved about Enochi, and in fact, I was so shocked by the taste of Enochi that I was completely addicted to the swamp of Saku. ❣️
That encounter was the beginning of my interest in sake from all over Japan.
Mild aroma
Sweetness is assertive in the mouth and after swallowing, bitterness is strong. The mild mouthfeel may be due to the aging process.
The aftertaste is clean and sharp, as it is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku.
I felt it was unbalanced, but it may give a different impression when paired with some dishes.
Beautiful golden yellow color with some viscosity
Clear ginjo aroma. Good aroma of rice.
Sourness can be felt from the aroma as well.
The acidity is perceived first, but it is not long before the mellowness, slightly savory flavor, and umami spread throughout the entire taste. It feels as if it expands in the mouth.
There is not much of a lingering taste, and it is refreshing.
I learned about this wine through a delicious book, but unfortunately I don't like raw oysters 😢.
Sweet, sweet strawberry aroma.
The moment you drink it, you have a slightly blurred sensation, but as you would expect from a brew, the balance of flavors is exquisite. The aftertaste also brings strawberries to mind.
Very tasty! I've had it for a few years now and I've never had anything like it.
Sweet strawberry-like aroma.
When you drink it, the sweetness is moderate and slightly dry.
Fluffy, round and gentle flavor
There is a somewhat savory flavor to the pressed taste.
It tastes delicious and makes you want to eat stewed dishes or rice dishes!
The aroma is like fresh pears.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it feels mellow.
There is a thick and heavy atmosphere, though it is not very sweet, perhaps because of the opening of the mouth.
It tastes like an unripe banana.
The picture is inevitably sideways (tears)
6th glass
Unique smoky aroma
The acidity is just amazing! The most unique sake I've ever had. Of course it is delicious!
It was a day of sourness fest this time.
5th glass
I was afraid to try this one because it was supposed to be super dry.
It is indeed dry with excellent sharpness, but the aroma is gorgeous and the umami is stronger.
With Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd
Third cup.
This is also very tart and refreshing. It is not too sweet and has no peculiar taste, making it perfect and delicious for summer.
Katsuobushi eating comparison and
Second glass.
Average in a good way, with a clean aroma and just the right amount of sweetness. I think it's the kind of thing you can't go wrong with.
Potato cheese grilled with salty topping and
Sweetness is mild.
The acidity and aftertaste definitely have that feeling of having had peaches.
The impression is lighter and more refreshing than expected.
It might be good for summer.
Delicious!
Last 5 cups
No acidity, moderate sweetness.
Junmai sake with a heavy and quite peculiar taste.
I didn't like the flavor.
I guess there are people who like this kind of thing.
