Nice popping sound
Tingling and pleasant gassy sensation
Balance of sweet and sour
Transparent yet mellow and firm.
Delicious. Truly delicious.
Oh, it's amazing!
Oh, my!
The gorgeous aroma already has a delicious atmosphere.
When I drank it...
This is delicious!
The first sip gives the impression of being slightly sour and fruity!
The second and third sips, as the temperature gradually rises, the sweetness becomes stronger and mixes with the acidity that comes later...oooh! Umami Bomb〰️💣️💥
It is just delicious.
Pear or apple-like aroma.
Very little bitterness or acidity, gentle sweetness and rich flavor in a watery clarity.
I was surprised at how delicious it was.
I didn't expect such an impression yet..,
It has a strong aroma of melon or cemedine, and the aroma lingers in the nose after drinking.
Strong alcohol taste with low sweetness.
It is sharp and refreshing!
It seems to go well with oily food.
It may be similar to the Sengoku Ippou that we drank before.
I hope everyone's life gets back to normal soon!
I drank Otters for the first time.
It is indeed delicious.
Great ginjo aroma, moderate sweetness, acidity that can be felt at the back of the tongue, strong flavor but with a sharp and clean aftertaste.
It goes perfectly with seri nabe!
Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice.
Wonderfully gorgeous aroma!
Dense and very smooth.
The balance of flavors is just right. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness all seem to stay in the best place without being too assertive. When swallowing, a little sourness lingers in the back of the mouth, which gives the drinker a refreshing feeling afterwards.
It is one of the best sake I have ever had!
Happy New Year!
I will have a piece.
Aroma, sweetness, bitterness, acidity
This balance is really great. The sweetness seems a little strong.
The aftertaste is immediately "Yes. It's a new brew. It's a good balance.
Shouldn't it be 100 points? I think it's good enough 💯.
Dear Mr. Bob Hikoh. Happy New Year! Saku's new sake is very good, and I was impressed by its clean finish. It is a difficult New Year's Day, but I pray for a peaceful return to normal life and I must continue to drink.
Mr. WOM.
I am a 3.11 disaster survivor myself, and the events of New Year's Day made me nervous and my hands cold.
Sake. I can only support in this way, but I would like to pray as Mr. WOM said.
Happy New Year, Mr. Bob Hikosan 🎍.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🤲.
It's perfect for New Year's with the new sake of the year 👍.
I'm also interested in the Chablis in the back 😊.
Let's support the disaster area Hokuriku by drinking sake 📣.
Happy New Year to you, Bob Hikosan 🎍.
The nouveau of the crop looks delicious ❣️ I want to drink it but I have no luck 🥹I want to buy it immediately when I find it 😁.
I look forward to working with you again this year 😊.
Pon-chan (Ms.)
Happy New Year!
I have less experience with sake than you, but I'm getting to know the taste of the crop.
Your posts are always helpful.
Please keep up the good work!
Sweet and juicy with a slight bitterness. Sourness is only slightly perceptible when it rolls around in the mouth.
It is light on the tongue, but the strawberry flavor lingers in the mouth.
Happy New Year to everyone! Thank you!
Mr. Bob Hikoh. Nice to meet you, I like Miyagi sake. I drank Nani no Otoe once and it was delicious. I support this brewery because it is located in Yuriage. I look forward to your contributions.
Good fruity aroma
Light and refreshing taste
Sourness followed by a little bitterness
Excellent sharpness as if washed away with water after the delicious taste of rice
A refreshing reset button in the mouth
It is a very tasty dry sake that goes well with all kinds of food.
The first bite is slightly sweet.
The second sip is assertive with bitterness
It is the same bitterness as the Suitori Ki we have had in the past.
After the bitterness disappears, there is a lingering sweetness. I wanted to wash it down with bitterness and took another sip in perpetual motion.
buying jackets
Fancy labels
Flashy scent
Flashy sweetness
Flashy bitterness
A bit gassy
Juicy type, I guess.
Mouthfeel is not flashy, but very soft and elegant✨
It's a nice sake! Delicious!
Found at a local convenience store. A small 300 ml bottle, just right for me.
Sweet aroma.
Smooth and rich on the tongue. Already delicious.
When you drink it, it fills your mouth with just the right amount of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness.
Ugh...delicious!
Mellow and smooth on the palate!
Is this mildness due to the Omachi grape?
It is rich, yet dry with a clean aftertaste. The sweetness, bitterness, sourness, and acidity are only slightly noticeable, so you can really taste the rice flavor.
It seems to be a perpetual workout, washing away the fat from the motsu nabe.
Just as the name and bottle suggest.
A gift from a friend
Sweet, bitter and rich taste.
The throat is stimulated by the 19% alcohol.
For me, it was just right after I extended it with ice.
Perfect with squid cod roe!
Well - it's delicious.
The perfect balance of not too fancy.
It has a slight piquancy. There is no bitterness at all, and the sweetness and gorgeous aroma are just barely controlled in the mouth, making it a very gentle taste. The aftertaste is like "it's a good one". It was so good that I drank too much.
I was drunk.
Good evening, Mr. Bob Hikoh😄
I call myself the head of the production department, lol.
The aftertaste of
I know what you mean.
I understand the aftertaste of "It's a crop" ❣️ very much ‼️
My favorite phrase is "It's a good crop... ❣️
Hi T.KISO, nice to meet you!
I'm new to the site and have only had a few bottles, but so far I'd like to give first place to all of them.
I was surprised when I saw your comment about the "quality" of the "sake" (lol).
I was surprised when I saw your comment that it is a "great" wine (lol).
Bob Hiko, you raved about Enochi, and in fact, I was so shocked by the taste of Enochi that I was completely addicted to the swamp of Saku. ❣️
That encounter was the beginning of my interest in sake from all over Japan.
Mild aroma
Sweetness is assertive in the mouth and after swallowing, bitterness is strong. The mild mouthfeel may be due to the aging process.
The aftertaste is clean and sharp, as it is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku.
I felt it was unbalanced, but it may give a different impression when paired with some dishes.
Beautiful golden yellow color with some viscosity
Clear ginjo aroma. Good aroma of rice.
Sourness can be felt from the aroma as well.
The acidity is perceived first, but it is not long before the mellowness, slightly savory flavor, and umami spread throughout the entire taste. It feels as if it expands in the mouth.
There is not much of a lingering taste, and it is refreshing.
I learned about this wine through a delicious book, but unfortunately I don't like raw oysters 😢.
