It has a strong aroma of melon or cemedine, and the aroma lingers in the nose after drinking. Strong alcohol taste with low sweetness. It is sharp and refreshing! It seems to go well with oily food. It may be similar to the Sengoku Ippou that we drank before. I hope everyone's life gets back to normal soon!

I drank Otters for the first time. It is indeed delicious. Great ginjo aroma, moderate sweetness, acidity that can be felt at the back of the tongue, strong flavor but with a sharp and clean aftertaste. It goes perfectly with seri nabe!

Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice. Wonderfully gorgeous aroma! Dense and very smooth. The balance of flavors is just right. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness all seem to stay in the best place without being too assertive. When swallowing, a little sourness lingers in the back of the mouth, which gives the drinker a refreshing feeling afterwards. It is one of the best sake I have ever had!

Ugh...delicious! Mellow and smooth on the palate! Is this mildness due to the Omachi grape? It is rich, yet dry with a clean aftertaste. The sweetness, bitterness, sourness, and acidity are only slightly noticeable, so you can really taste the rice flavor. It seems to be a perpetual workout, washing away the fat from the motsu nabe. Just as the name and bottle suggest.

Well - it's delicious. The perfect balance of not too fancy. It has a slight piquancy. There is no bitterness at all, and the sweetness and gorgeous aroma are just barely controlled in the mouth, making it a very gentle taste. The aftertaste is like "it's a good one". It was so good that I drank too much. I was drunk.

The aftertaste is clean and sharp, as it is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku. I felt it was unbalanced, but it may give a different impression when paired with some dishes.

Beautiful golden yellow color with some viscosity Clear ginjo aroma. Good aroma of rice. Sourness can be felt from the aroma as well. The acidity is perceived first, but it is not long before the mellowness, slightly savory flavor, and umami spread throughout the entire taste. It feels as if it expands in the mouth. There is not much of a lingering taste, and it is refreshing. I learned about this wine through a delicious book, but unfortunately I don't like raw oysters 😢.
