I received this from a friend who shared it with me. Delicious~! It has a gassy feel. Clean, fruity nose with a cemedine-like muscat flavor. Fluffy bitterness, finishing with mild sweetness. Lingering sweetness. It tastes similar to the Sentori Ippou I drank a long time ago. I can't believe you're sharing such a delicious sake with us... I don't have many friends, but the quality of friends I have is amazing.

A friend gave it to me as a housewarming gift. Well, the taste is... Oh, the bitterness is assertive. The sweetness is moderate. There is a heaviness. The aftertaste is refreshing. Woohoo!!! It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! It's so fruity & juicy! It's a "panai-no-e". The balance of sweet, sour and bitter is very good - as the temperature rises a little, the fruity aroma, rice flavor and sweetness stand out! The aftertaste is also really great. This is a very sharp drink! This is a very refreshing sake. The sweetness is kept to a minimum (in my opinion) and the acidity is moderate. The overall flavor is gentle and you will never get tired of drinking it. I think it is very good as a food sake. Pair it with a large bowl of anchovy mushroom pasta.
