Now that the move is over, I can finally relax. I will have a Junmai Daiginjo from Akabu! Fresh, fruity and juicy! It has a strong gassy, sweet, and bitter aftertaste. It tastes modern and flashy! In other words, it is very good.

Woohoo!!! It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! It's so fruity & juicy! It's a "panai-no-e". The balance of sweet, sour and bitter is very good - as the temperature rises a little, the fruity aroma, rice flavor and sweetness stand out! The aftertaste is also really great. I was able to reconfirm the potential of Aizan! The name "Yoki-Koto-Kiku" is also very cool! Even the Inugami family would be surprised at the deliciousness of this sake!

This is a very sharp drink! This is a very refreshing sake. The sweetness is kept to a minimum (in my opinion) and the acidity is moderate. The overall flavor is gentle and you will never get tired of drinking it. I think it is very good as a food sake. Pair it with a large bowl of anchovy mushroom pasta.

I received this as a gift from a friend in Niigata. It has a nice, refreshing aroma. The sweetness and mildness of the rice. The alcohol and bitterness in the rich flavor make the whole taste crisp and tight. That's sake. Muchauma 😭100ml is too sad.
