I was afraid to try this one because it was supposed to be super dry.
It is indeed dry with excellent sharpness, but the aroma is gorgeous and the umami is stronger.

I expected peach, but the aroma was like white wine.
At first, there was not much sweetness and the bitterness was strong, but as the temperature rose a little, the balance improved.
The gasiness was a little spicy, and there was not much of a lingering aftertaste.
It might be better if it is not too cold.

It seems to be smooth, but when you put it in your mouth, it is so thick that it clings to the entire inside of your mouth, and after drinking it, you have a strange sensation that it just goes away.
