The first bite is slightly sweet.
The second sip is assertive with bitterness
It is the same bitterness as the Suitori Ki we have had in the past.
After the bitterness disappears, there is a lingering sweetness. I wanted to wash it down with bitterness and took another sip in perpetual motion.
