Dense and very smooth.
The balance of flavors is just right. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness all seem to stay in the best place without being too assertive. When swallowing, a little sourness lingers in the back of the mouth, which gives the drinker a refreshing feeling afterwards.
It is one of the best sake I have ever had!
