Long time no see? Junmai Ginjo Omachi! It always has a nice aroma. I wonder if Omachi has a berry-like aroma. The sweet and sour aroma is finished off with a bitter taste. Delicious!
My wife was so angry that I did not attend my first drinking party after the transfer 😃I need to reduce the amount of sake in the fridge. Now, Hayaseura and Sakahomare, which I have not seen very often. The aroma is mild. The sweetness, acidity, and alcohol are well felt. No bitterness at all. Looks delicious even when heated 🤤.

HANAHEIKU Junmai Daiginjo-Biyamanishiki♪ I prefer Yamadanishiki, but this one is full of HANAHEIKU's character! Extremely sweet, pineapple aroma, firm bitterness...all are very rich 😤The HANAHEIHATSU!
Sake shop Masariya hanpukai. happy to drink Takagi, which I was curious about after reading dancyu 😀 The aroma is gentle melon. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are in perfect balance. It doesn't interfere with food. I could drink it every day and not get tired of it.
HANAHODAKU Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki♪ Yum😋Liked❤️ a little different from the HANAHODAKU I've had before. The acidity is effective! The hint of aroma is subdued. I like it! I've been able to buy a lot this season, so I've made these new discoveries! It's fun to follow one brand! I'm also looking forward to the premium and omachi 😊.
I have fond memories of dashing from the station to the store out of breath. When I opened the bottle, there was a cheerful popping sound! The pineapple aroma, sweetness, and bitterness of the Hana-yosu were retained, but a fizzy nigori taste was added! Sweet, bitter, pineapple, and sizzling! It's so good! I will cherish it as I don't think I will have many chances to drink it in the future!
A souvenir for my return trip to my parents' home. Since all I had was sweet sake, I got a bottle of the Junmai-shu super-harsh sake from Hoho that was featured in dancyu! It goes well with meals! Although it is super dry, it also has a moderate sweetness that makes it very tasty!

This time it was freshly made! I opened the bottle and smelled the aroma...maybe I'm not a fan of No.6 yeast nama-shoto zukuri. The aroma is similar to that of Shinmasa's ecru and flax cat,,, the taste is refreshing and delicious!
This is the second Machida brewery this season. Automatic stirring. The taste is a "shuwashuwai gubigubi" type. The sweetness and bitterness are just right. Not too sweet. Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️ I want to buy some Omachi.

The first Risshun morning tie. I didn't have a reservation, but I suddenly wanted one and ran when I saw the arrival information on social media. Fresh melon 🍈 and mild taste. It is not flashy, but it is easy to drink. The "Daikichi" on the back of the label is stylish. I wish the whole family a healthy life.
Compared to the Gohyakumangoku that I drank the other day, it has less bitterness and more acidity and sweetness! The aroma is hana-yosu. The aroma is more pineapple.
