Super energetic. About to blow out. Scent cemedine. Schwashy. Sweet. Bitterness is strong. 2 days later, bitterness is weak. 2 days later, it's empty! This is delicious!
Cold. Sweet and bitter. Aroma is thin. Delicious enough.
Warmed. Fuller. Sweetness stands out. Aromatic. Reminds me of Gunma Izumi. The changes are enjoyable.
The first Shinsei I was able to buy. It was aged in the store. Unique aroma. Milkiness and apricot taste. Very sour. Sweet and bitter. Good sharpness. Tingling on the tongue. I don't know the wood vat feeling yet.
Maybe I'm getting to know the ginjo aroma. It smells like an apple. It has a strong sweetness. It reminds me of Kinjaku and Imi. It also has a bitter taste. It has a nice sharpness. I thought I could buy it anytime, so it took me a while to drink it, but it is very tasty.
Aroma is subdued. Clear. Well balanced. Sweetness. Bitterness and astringency remain. The sweetness is stronger when the temperature is higher than when it is fresh from the refrigerator.
The ban on alcohol is lifted! Taking advantage of my eldest son's birthday celebration, I opened a bottle of a fine sake from the Machida Sake Brewery in my hometown of Gunma. Sweet aroma. Gorgeous! The first sip is extremely sweet! It reminds me of Imi or Kinjaku. The mouthfeel is thick and smooth. The bitterness and acidity are weak, making it a gentle sake. Happy birthday to my eldest son. Thanks to my wife for raising our son.
Good morning, Mitsuta24.
Happy birthday to your eldest son 🎉!
It would be great if you could enjoy a cup of sake from Machida Sake Brewery while feeling your child's growth ✨.
I look forward to seeing your child's growth in the future 😊.
Hi Mitsuta24 😃
Happy birthday to your eldest son 🎂 and congratulations on the ban on alcohol ㊗️ double 🎉 Gorgeous celebration at the local premium! I hope you soaked up the sweetness 😚.
Nice to meet you, Mitsuta24😄

Thank you very much... I will use my sons' growth as a snack and my increasing number of anniversaries as an excuse to do my best in my drinking activities!
My second son was born! I have to stay sober until New Year's because I don't want to be unable to drive when something happens, but today is special. I had been putting away the bottle of Jizukin that I won in a lottery held by Koyama Shoten for today! I was bound not to buy a bottle, but the lottery was different. I opened the bottle with a sense of excitement. It has a subtle berry aroma, gentle sweetness, and acidity. There is no bitterness at all, and it cuts through easily. It's so good! Jikin is amazing. There must be a reason why it is so hard to find. I drank it with Nosaku's kataguchi and oinokuchi, which I bought for this occasion, and I was at the peak of happiness. I wish I could drink it with my wife.
Thank you Rambo for your comment and many likes! It was the first hard-to-find sake so I was happy to save it for a special occasion. It was surprisingly delicious and perfect for a celebratory drink!
Hi Mitsuta24, nice to meet you.
Congratulations on the birth of your second son 🎉.
I'm a Jigin lover and I've been reading your posts and I'm so happy to share my happiness with you ✨.
Jikin is the best 🎵
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-! This was my first time drinking Jikin, and it's great. It's a bottle, so I can still drink it, but it's not available, so I'll enjoy it little by little.
Hi Mitsuta24 😃
Happy Birthday to your second son ㊗️ 🎉Your wish for sobriety first came true 🤗From there, sobriety for emergencies is also great👍Reset it with a metaphysical 😋I look forward to future couple drinking 😌.
Thank you for your comments, Jay & Nobby. I am glad that both mother and child are safe. It would be bad if I was drinking and useless in an emergency, so I will try my best to abstain from alcohol until things settle down.
I was lucky enough to buy a four-quart bottle of Hanamup. I'm glad because I've been tied down to the 4-gou bottle and have given up when I found a 1-shou bottle. Moreover, this is the first time I have heard of a rice called Rikuwada. I had high expectations. The aroma is really nice. The taste is refreshing. It's not too sweet, so it's easy to drink. Fruity and refreshing.
