Sake-no-wa commemorative 100th bottle (I realized later that it was the 99th bottle due to a bottle of sake being covered lol). It was the 99th bottle (I realized afterwards that it was the 99th bottle because of a flask. It has been one year since it was shipped. It is a sweet and sour ecru. The peculiar aroma that I felt at the time of ecru? I don't like it. I like strongly acidic sake, but is this an old-fashioned aroma? Is it a lactic acid aroma from the sake's traditional sake making process? What is it? I would like to try a freshly made Niimasa.

The first Risshun morning tie. I didn't have a reservation, but I suddenly wanted one and ran when I saw the arrival information on social media. Fresh melon 🍈 and mild taste. It is not flashy, but it is easy to drink. The "Daikichi" on the back of the label is stylish. I wish the whole family a healthy life.

Sake shop Masaruya's drinking set. Yum! Fresh and fruity. Sweet and crisp, with no sourness or bitterness. No sourness, bitterness, or other unpleasant tastes. 17 degrees Celsius is a high alcohol content, but it is easy to drink. The quality is worth the price. As expected. Yummmm!

I bought it in the summer. I drank it at New Year's. Have I aged it much? Is it super maniacal? Apricot? Classic aroma? Ryujinmaru? Hiney? Namaishige aroma? 🤔It is sweet when you take a sip. A little bit bitter. It is like a very sweet classical sake. It will be interesting if it is heated. It is surely a super maniac.
