Very tasty 😋 Mild aroma. Sourness is intense! It woke me up! The moderate sweetness is also good! The bitterness that finishes off the taste is also pleasant. This is 80% polished rice ⁉︎ very beautiful sake! Rice is expensive and they don't need to cut it down anymore 🤔.

Flying Get Kabutomushi, open the bottle...................................smells like a crazy lemon! The aroma is so lemon! My wife said "Garigari-gari-kun" 🧊The taste is also full of acidity, it is truly a lemonade for adults 🍋 It is a refreshing summer drink with a moderate sweetness! HANA-YOUKAKU 💐 GINPU 💐 It's one of my memories. The first Hanaohyokasu I ever got was Ginpu. After a year, Ginfu has a gorgeous pineapple 🍍 aroma and sweetness with a bitter finish. It's so good 😋.

Sentori Classic Fired 🫧 I underestimated it, it blew me away 🫧 It's an Orihara made in January, so it's fermented and healthy 😀 Milky aroma. The first impression my tongue got was shuwashuwa. Gentle sweetness, moderate sourness, and lingering bitterness. It also has a sports drink-like taste. I'll just taste it today and enjoy it on the second day!

May: Higashitsuru Junmai Ginjo-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu & Satsukuchiman Junmai Daiginjo-Once Fired! Beautiful ginjo aroma. The sweetness is mild. The acidity is strong. Bitterness can be felt. It was the first brand I drank from the hanpukai, but it was very tasty.

After getting out of the hell of 1 sho bottle, it's been a long time since I had a Yongo bottle. This is the second bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake♪ It was made in December, so I let it sit in the refrigerator for about 5 months. When the bottle is opened, it is automatically stirred and the sizzling is present. It was a replay of the impression I had when I drank it before! It is so good 😋.

Sairai Junmai Ginjo♪ from Kuboyama Sake Brewery. I had no connection to Craft Sake Week or Hasegawa Kameido, but I dissipated by drinking at home! The aroma is mild and the acidity is strong. This ended my battle with the bottles in the fridge, and I made it in time for the May hanpukai!

Long time no see? Junmai Ginjo Omachi! It always has a nice aroma. I wonder if Omachi has a berry-like aroma. The sweet and sour aroma is finished off with a bitter taste. Delicious!

My wife was so angry that I did not attend my first drinking party after the transfer 😃I need to reduce the amount of sake in the fridge. Now, Hayaseura and Sakahomare, which I have not seen very often. The aroma is mild. The sweetness, acidity, and alcohol are well felt. No bitterness at all. Looks delicious even when heated 🤤.

Masariya distribution. My wife's anger is at its peak. It looks like I won't be able to attend the welcome party at my new workplace. I'm so sad 😭 but the sake is delicious 🤤 It has a somewhat classical feel to it, but it's a calming, acidic, food-friendly sake. It's a somewhat hard-core sake!

Sake shop Masariya hanpukai. happy to drink Takagi, which I was curious about after reading dancyu 😀 The aroma is gentle melon. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are in perfect balance. It doesn't interfere with food. I could drink it every day and not get tired of it.

HANAHODAKU Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki♪ Yum😋Liked❤️ a little different from the HANAHODAKU I've had before. The acidity is effective! The hint of aroma is subdued. I like it! I've been able to buy a lot this season, so I've made these new discoveries! It's fun to follow one brand! I'm also looking forward to the premium and omachi 😊.
