Heated order. Is it just me, or do the words "燗誂" (heated sake) make you go "kewon"? I wonder if I'm the only one who is impressed by the word "kanatsurae" (heated sake). It has a mild acidity that is typical of NIIDASENCHU. It doesn't need any snacks to warm it up. If you want to serve it with something gentle and tasty, you should try it with a salted sweet potato. It would go well with a snack such as a boiled hot potato with salt on it. It's so warming. It's great!

Third Omachisto of Yumachi today!!! SENKIN kakeru omachi. Sentori ✖️Omachi. It's not even converted into kanji. Inadvertently the last sake of the day. I knew it, but this is a sake to be enjoyed as an aperitif. It still has a little bit of sizzle. I wonder what it tasted like when it was opened! I'm sure this one tastes best when it's just opened. Isn't the first drink difficult? Is it just me, or do you always intuitively order something cold with a refreshing acidity, even though you have ordered sashimi? It's like ordering a beer for now. In such cases, I hold the refreshing acidic beer in my left hand and the crispy cold beer in my right hand and enjoy them both. While I'm holding the chopsticks, I wonder if the sake cup is empty. Is the sake cup empty? Is the glass empty? I often confuse the waiter. What I am trying to say is that today, I chose a good-looking guy from the very beginning without giving in to temptation. Each piece of sashimi here is large. I gobbled up the sashimi, filling my mouth to the brim. Squid, kanpachi, toro, moriorigio, and spanish mackerel. The clear and crisp flavor of Kuroryu accompanies the sashimi. Today, I conquered the field with reason. This is my first win of the season.
