Heated order. Is it just me, or do the words "燗誂" (heated sake) make you go "kewon"? I wonder if I'm the only one who is impressed by the word "kanatsurae" (heated sake).
It has a mild acidity that is typical of NIIDASENCHU. It doesn't need any snacks to warm it up.
If you want to serve it with something gentle and tasty, you should try it with a salted sweet potato. It would go well with a snack such as a boiled hot potato with salt on it.
It's so warming. It's great!
