Red Ki-Di soil on a background of Ki-Di soil. Don't let them lick your lips thinking it's cute. It may look like a sweet rosé, but it has a surprisingly strong punch. It's a red that has a strong backbone that even fish can't match. I mean, charbroiled akitogi is so good! I've had enough flavor for two days!

You are from Kochi, and I had an image of you as spicy and refreshing. I thought you were easy to get hold of and that I could see you anytime. But that's not the case. Deliciousness! It was categorized as a "sweet sake," but I don't think it is easy to drink because it is sweet. I had it with sashimi, but it was a waste with sashimi. I would drink it as it is🙆♀♀️It would go well with potato salad or simmered with sakekasu!

We received a precious sake from Hokkaido. It has a deep sweetness and umami of rice. But it is not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. Delicious! The bottle looks like frosted glass, and the design of the Japanese paper is also nice ❄️.

At a sushi restaurant in downtown Hiroshima. It's been a long time since I drank such a super-hot drink. It tastes good at the kinky level, but when it gets a bit warm, the spiciness comes through. But you can also taste the flavor of the rice. A sake that doesn't interfere with any kind of food.

I had an image of drunken whales being more crisp, but perhaps because it is a ginjo-shu, it has a sweet sourness. A sourness like yogurt. Maybe it was a good thing that the bottle had been in the fridge for about a week after opening. Mmmm, delicious! Put it in my favorite tinned katakuchi that I recently bought.

The sake shop owner told me that it had been a long time since he had made hiyaoroshi sake. It is a local sake, but I have not had a chance to drink it very often. It tasted good when it was opened, but I let it sit for a while. The sweetness and mellowness is tinged with a hint of bitterness, and there is a dangerous aroma that makes it easy to drink...! A sinful guy.

I thought it would come out cold and refreshingly good, but when it came back to room temperature, I thought it would become a bit sweet, but that was not the case at all. It's a nice name for a sake brewed by Heiwa Shuzo! Sashimi is great again.

Nama sake that is delicious warmed up. The killer word got me to buy it. I️ want to drink Omachi and Gohyakumangoku too. Cold sake; gorgeous acidity, sweetness, yet robust! Warmed sake; more acidity than I expected, delicious. It's delicious and soothing on a still chilly night.... Pyrex is used to heat sake in our house

I opened a bottle of Matsu no Tsukasa, which was a gift from a friend. It smells very nice and sweet. I wondered if it was sweet. But when I drank it, it was not sweet at all. It is a delicious sake packed with the flavor of rice and koji. I'm grateful to be able to enjoy sake again today!

Local Mie sake, my first post. One of my family's resident sake. The mouthfeel is refreshing, like good water. But the flavor afterwards is strong. It's not sweet and goes well with any Japanese food! Gizaemon is stable and reliable.
