The mouthfeel is soft and delicious, spreading elegantly from a mild mouthfeel. ❗️ Noble and elegant sweetness, soft and mellow flavor that spreads out in a smooth and mellow way. ‼️ And yet the overall taste is clear and refreshing🤤. Limited edition sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop! This is a collaboration with Fukumitsuya, the oldest brewery in Kanazawa😊. Nice fruity aroma like white peaches 🍑. The mouthfeel is mellow and full-bodied 🍑 ❗️ The sharp acidity and sharpness combined with the roundness is exquisitely balanced 🤤. It is very clear and gentle throughout, and is so delicious that you will not be able to stop drinking it 😋.

Extra Edition of Using Out-of-Equal Rice: ‼️ Fukkai (formerly Fukuda) produces some sake with out-of-grade rice. All of them are really excellent! The balance of light but firm umami, sharpness, and acidity, with a hint of bubbles, is wonderful 🤤. It's a bottle that is very satisfying on its own, and when paired with a meal, it doubles the flavor, making it an impeccable bottle. ❗️ You must have a bottle of this one. ❗️ delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
