The aroma is mild, yet soft with a nice aroma of rice 🌾. The mouthfeel is... melon on the way in: ‼️ The sweetness and juiciness of the melon will fill your mouth 🤤. Quite a bit of ori accumulation, an unusual visual for heated sake: ‼️ When heated, it has a nice aroma like amazake 🤤. When you put it in your mouth, it's surprisingly light and smooth, with a pleasantly moderate acidity 😋. It has a mild and gentle flavor of Ori, but even when warmed up, its crisp and dry taste complements the food. ‼️ I found a delicious heated sake 🤤🤤.

Fresh and fresh fruity aroma like Japanese pear. ❗️ Fresh & juicy sweetness on the palate. The full-bodied umami characteristic of Yamahai and the piquant, slightly carbonated taste are in perfect balance 😋. For some reason, sake brewed at Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which brews "Saku" ❗️ Fresh fruity aroma like green apple 🍏. In the mouth, it is juicy and fresh like biting into a ripe & freshly-ripe white grape 🤤. And the gentle, natural rice flavor that seems to snuggle up to you, and the balance of the moderate acidity and bitterness you hear from the mid-palate is wonderful. ‼️ So satisfying, yet the aftertaste is refreshing 😋. This is the first time I've had it, but it's delicious. ‼️

First time for Jikin nigori: ‼️ The aroma is sweet like pear and gentle like white rice 🤤. In the mouth, it has a wonderfully pleasant micro fizziness: ❗️ The texture is smooth and silky, and the rice flavor comes out from the back 😋. The chili bitterness from the mid-palate and the acidity, which is very clear and refreshing, are also great. ‼️ Until now, Hirotogawa's muddy was No.1...but I personally prefer Jikin. Too good🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

It has a very milky yet invigorating aroma 🤤. The mouthfeel is that of fine particles of micro carbonation that pops with a pizzazz ❗️ The freshness and citrusy acidity that spreads throughout the mouth so quickly and so dramatically 😋. The mouthfeel exactly matches the concept of Fukkai, which is reminiscent of whitecaps: ❗️ Fresh and light, yet the silky flavor spreads. I'm late, but this is my first "Hanakaze" ❗️ The aroma is tropical fruit aroma like lychee and grapefruit 😋. First snowy weather in two years: ❗️ Crisp, fruity aroma like young muscat❗️ The mouthfeel is clear & mineral-rich, with a slight carbonation that pops. The Muscat-like acidity and sweetness that comes in is wonderful. ‼️ The dry flavor that comes up with a chili chili bitterness and a crisp dry taste with a smooth aftertaste 😊. The mouthfeel is soft and full with a vanilla-like sweetness reminiscent of the finest 🤤. The taste is dense but melting softly with a superb flavor and silky, clean texture. ‼️ The fine acidity and the non-stressful aftertaste that goes down smoothly will keep you coming back for more. ‼️ The highest quality Ryusen, as expected of Jyushidai, was an impressive taste 😋.
